Can I return personalised items?

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on Personalised items. When ordering please make sure all spelling is correct.

Do you send invoices with Delivery?

No! We don’t include anything to do with prices in the delivery, just a delivery note listing the items inside the box!

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is FREE for orders of £59.99 and over.
If your order total is under £59.99 then a £4.99 charge will be applied to cover the cost of delivery.

Where do you post ?

We currently only post items in the Uk.
