UK DELIVERY
Free Delivery on orders over £59.99
- Postage charge for items under £59.99 are £4.99 for standard delivery.
- We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1-2 working days of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. (This excludes personalised items).
- You will receive an email confirming we have received your order and a email to say the order has been dispatched.
- We choose the courier we consider will deliver your order to you efficiently and securely depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Inevitably, deliveries may be attempted when you are out, in which case a card will be left to notify you. You should follow the instructions on the card.
- We endeavour to meet our products estimated dispatch times on all orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the following working day.
- Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays.
- For example, an order placed at 3:00pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.
- Lead times on personalised items are 6-7 working days.
- Personalised items may arrive separate from other items.
